Development Approach:
Nabolok believes that unless the people become organized in their own interest, it will not be possible for them to obtain their due share in the social and natural resources of the country. Hence unless people of the same class & status develop their own Institutions, let alone sustainable development, they will not even be able to escape the poverty trap. While an organized group becomes aware of their rights, they also acquire consciousness of their duties and responsibilities. Though the task of Institution building appears to be a tough one, there is no other alternative. Regarding the philosophy of ensuring people’s rights in the coming days, Nabolok gives more emphasis on right based activities of the people through institution building, networking & advocacy, as well as establish good governance (both in social & environment sectors) & social justice for all.
