Agriculture Unit and Fisheries and Livestock Unit
Bangladesh is mainly an agricultural country. About 85% of our total population depends on agriculture directly or indirectly. Nabolok established Agriculture Unit as its mainstream program with the assistance of PKSF. This unit proposes to boost agricultural productivities and generate employment in rural areas. The program relies on the advancement of farming and livestock rearing conventions to ensure food security for vulnerable stakeholders. The purpose of this unit is to extend sustainable agricultural technology and capacity building supports to the door-steps of farmers with a view to increasing farming productivity of the local people and ensuring food security.
